We provide visitor experience reviews and interpretation workshops.
This includes mapping the visitor experience from entrance to exit and how you commnicate your heritage to your visitor. We address operational resources, interpretative media, storyline and management strategies. The review highlights strengths and challenges. We also provide a realistic action plan identifying short term needs, maximising resources, site operation and finances. We also identify the long term development opportunites taking account of economic and market patterns.

While the concept of universal access is embedded in our visitor experience assessments, planning and design work, we separately provide universal access auditing to existing heritage and tourism sites. An audit includes survey and assessment of the site, register of effects, suggested mitigation and recommendations. This audit is carried out taking address of equality legislation, Part M Bulding regulations and universal design guidelines.
